There are a lot of details to keep track of. Let us project manage the event for you: establishing goals, setting up registration, staffing plans, working with third party vendors, booth layout/design, ordering power, furniture, on-site support, etc. All of this to keep you and your team on track and on schedule.

One of the keys to a successful event is messaging and promotion. We will work with you to design engaging and effective educational and interactive programs from booth layout and design, giveaways, messaging for ads, digital assets, signage and more.

Approaching and securing sponsors is probably one of the most time-consuming and uncomfortable things to do. Who likes asking people for money? Well, we don't mind. We have an extensive history of reaching out to prospective sponsors, telling the story and bringing them on board.

Services can include:
