Speaker Management
As your program grows, so does the number of speakers. Gathering & tracking bios, head shots, guest rooms, special requests and presentation submissions can become overwhelming. And let's not forget the multiple revisions of presentations (and changes on-site). Then proofing them all, ensuring fonts are consistent, and they're given to the AV tech in the correct order. Let us lend a hand.

Food & Beverage
Going over budget on food & beverage can happen very easily, and often does. In our years of experience, we have learned some tricks of the trade and how to work with the venue to get the most out of your budget.

We manage all AV requirements for general sessions and breakouts, as well as handle the pre-planning, negotiating and onsite setup/management and strike.

Onsite Staffing
All of your pre-planning can fall flat if your on-site execution isn't impeccable. And sometimes that just means having enough hands available. To ensure peak efficiency, we provide staff and temporary help with a Run of Show document that is a minute-to-minute timeline detailing everything that needs to happen & when. Each team member is assigned specific responsibilities which creates a seamless event flow, keeping the event on time and without interruption.
